The Asaba Summit- An evening with young Entrepreneurs

A 3 day summit is being organized by Mr. Nduka Obaigbena of Thisday Newspapers(along with some other organizers such as Dr. Ndidi Nnoli-Edozien, Tonye Cole(Convener of the NGO, Nehemiah Project & MD Sahara Group) on behalf of the BRACED (Bayelsa, Rivers, Abia, Cross Rivers, Edo, Delta ) or south-south states between April 26 -28, 2012. The Nehemiah team is responsible for planning a concert for the young entrepreneurs who will be at the summit on Saturday April 28, 2012.


OBJECTIVE: 
Empowering young/aspiring entrepreneurs from the South-south region by equipping them with the necessary skills required to excel in their chosen fields. It is also hoped that they will be inspired by showcasing young talents who have risen in various areas
➢  Promoting the entrepreneurial spirit yet nurturing innate talents
➢  Encouraging collaboration as opposed to competition
➢  An encounter with celebrated/upcoming Nigerians in a bid to inspire young business men and women from the South-south region

Target audience: Young Entrepreneurs
Venue: Events & Cultural Centre, Asaba, Delta State.
Time: 6pm 

At the end of each performance, a 5 minute question and answer session shall ensue between the ‘celebrated entrepreneur’ from each category and the audience.
